Intern
CG interns are college students who maximize real life work experiences to build valuable professional networks within public accounting. As a CG intern, you will work in project teams and be mentored by associates and senior associates under the direction of a partner or senior manager. You will be given the opportunity to exercise the knowledge of accounting principles you've gathered through course work, and apply that knowledge to real tasks and client engagements. Our interns work in tax, assurance, and other areas of specialization to gain a full understanding of all aspects of the public accounting profession. We value your work from the beginning, often providing job assignments that overlap those of first year associates. You will meet great people, learn a ton, and advance your skills through hands-on client assignments. Best of all, you're on the fast-track to internal full-time career opportunities upon graduation.

Manager
Individuals become CG managers when they have proven their technical expertise, and are prepared for a leadership role with clients and staff. As a manager, you will lead diverse project teams on interesting and challenging client engagements, and you will reward your team for daily, above-and-beyond contributions through CG's on-the-spot recognition program. A senior manager or partner will typically be your mentor, and you will also serve as a mentor to less experienced staff, looking out for each individual's career ambitions and overcoming any workplace challenges. CG University training classes allow you to continue advancing your technical skills, and your leadership skills will excel through CG's profession-leading HOT Management program. CG managers are known throughout the profession for their engaged, collaborative management style.

Partner
Individuals who become partners with CG are visionary leaders who serve clients by creating productive, cross-functional teams, and growing and developing people. Partners work closely with current and prospective clients to develop strong relationships and effective business solutions. As a partner, you will be dedicated to your engagement teams, serving as a mentor, and getting to know each individual so that each person is on a customized career track, and has the resources to meet their professional and personal goals. This is possible, in part, because CG's firm structure supports smaller, more manageable work teams as part of the client support model. Having close-knit teams allows you the time, resources and ability to serve clients and focus on developing the firm's future leaders. Other CG partners will help you continue your success with clients, with your career, and in the most important project of all, Life.
