Member of Clifton Gunderson’s National Valuation and Forensic Services group for more than 10 years: provides valuation and forensic accounting to a variety of publicly traded and privately held companies; conducts valuations of businesses, intellectual assets, derivatives, and complex capital structures; performs financial modeling for purposes of mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, initial public offering readiness, capital budgeting, and product launch.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Indiana; Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuations, American Society of Appraisers (ASA). National instructor of the AICPA’s courses on Business Valuations; served as a member of the AICPA Business Valuation Subcommittee and the AICPA ABV Exam Committee; served as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, and as an Assistant Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Finance Department of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

Summa cum laude graduate of Marian University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration; MBA from Butler University; Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
