PHBV Partners LLP
Effective January 2, 2012, Clifton Gunderson’s Team Health Care has become PHBV Partners LLP. In addition, Clifton Gunderson and LarsonAllen, ranked as two of the nation’s top 20 certified public accounting and consulting firms have merged to form CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA). PHBV Partners is a separate legal entity that will service our regulatory health care clients at the Local, State and Federal Government levels.
PHBV Partners assists state agencies in the design, development and implementation of
rate-setting systems. We understand that rate-setting cannot occur in a vacuum, and realize that there are a
variety of stakeholders in the process. We work closely with all interested parties and are sensitive to the
programmatic and political implications of our work.
We also assist state governments in conducting research and analysis of health care issues. In the rapidly
changing health care marketplace, it has become essential for state and local governments to keep abreast of the
latest legislative and regulatory initiatives. Our staff members are well-versed in conducting thorough
investigations, analyzing federal and state activities, and performing comprehensive data collection activities
to support our projects.
