Bookmark and Share

The IRS released a revised version of the 2008 Form 990 for returns in 2009. The new form consists of 11 pages and 11 parts/sections that all filers must complete. Supplementing this core form are 16 schedules that must be completed by organizations that engage in the activities covered by specific schedules. Recordkeeping for many organizations will need to be significantly expanded or modified to capture the data required by these revised forms. Below are resources for you to prepare for these changes.
